Amazon and Tecna UK have been working together across multiple shows and venues. Find out more about our ongoing customer relationship.

Getting in Touch

Amazon initially approached Tecna UK in 2021 based on a recommendation, searching for an Exhibition stand designer and builder to look after one show they had booked space at. They weren’t sure what they needed to do surrounding stand design, building and the various logistics and requirements that go into exhibiting, and the person in charge of their participation was not usually in charge of exhibitions. They needed a partner who could take charge of all elements of the event and help guide them in terms of stand design and build.

Exhibition Stand Design by Tecna UK

The Project

We worked with Amazon to understand their exhibiting objectives and created a stand design that fulfilled their goals as well as representing their brand in the right way, ensuring a healthy ROI. In addition, we took care of arranging all their power and services at the event, ordering them giveaways and flyers for the event.

After initial consultation, 3D designs and renders were produced so that the Amazon team could see exactly what their stand would look like in reality. Once approved, the stand was produced, using our T3 sustainable, modular system. The stand was pre-built in our facility, two weeks in advance of the show. This enabled the Amazon team to see exactly what it would look like and to make any last-minute tweaks.

“Tecna UK are fantastic to work with. They understand our brand and work closely with us to provide amazing stand designs, which look even better once built at shows. Tecna takes care of everything which saves us so much time and we always receive exceptional service. We’re looking forward to working with them on all our upcoming shows.”

Working Together

Since then, Amazon MCF have used Tecna for all their exhibiting across a number of shows and have also recommended us to other Amazon divisions. For each show, we carefully look at the target audience and stand location and adapt their stand accordingly, recently adding in video walls and arches to elevate their stand from all sides at the exhibition.

We always enjoy getting creative with Amazon and finding great ways for their stands to really showcase their brand and encourage interactivity.
