£25,000 - £32,000 a year, subject to experience

Tecna UK are looking for a bright and motivated Social Content Creator to join our growing team at our Head Office in Farnborough, working directly with our Head of Marketing in the delivery of our Marketing & Communications.

We transform ideas into unforgettable display experiences using the world's most versatile modular display system. Working with corporate clients and agencies we turn their ideas into amazing exhibition stands, conference sets and experiential activations – working from design to installation, and the marketing team are involved at every step!

You’ll have a passion and a talent for creating engaging and creative content across all our channels increasing engagement, brand profile and sales leads.

This is full time, permanent role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company. We are looking for a creative marketer who will get involved in all elements of creating engaging content and help drive marketing forward in line with the business growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for generating vibrant social content across all mediums and social channels, with a particular focus on video.

• Working with the Marketing team you’ll plan a schedule of content in line with our strategy as well as generating reactive assets, both around HQ and onsite at installations – wherever you see an opportunity.

• You’ll respond to, and engage with customers on all social channels and analyse performance metrics to ensure our content is delivering.

• You’ll stay up to date on industry trends – both within the events industry as well as viral trends and social best practice.

Key Skills

• You have an audience-first approach. You like to understand who your content needs to speak to. You know what makes them tick, what sort of content they search for, what sort of content they want to watch.

• You know how to generate ideas. You know how to capture content and edit it for posting. You know how to repurpose material. You know how to write captions and copy that engages the viewer.

• You are confident in directing people and talking to camera.

• You have 2-3 years experience in producing high-quality social content and are expert in adobe creative suite editing software and a dab hand with a camera and phone.
