This was our first major event post-rebrand, and we set out to show exactly what Tecna stands for: bold ideas, immersive experiences, and flawless execution.

At International Confex 2025, Tecna wasn’t just another exhibitor; we were at the heart of the show. With our unique Build, Activate, Insights approach, we set the standard for high-impact, results-driven exhibiting.

Our goal? To introduce our new brand identity with impact, engage with the industry’s key decision-makers, and demonstrate how we help brands stand out in an ever-competitive exhibition landscape.

But that wasn’t all. Alongside our own stand, we delivered seven additional builds, partnering with some of the best in the industry to help them bring their brands to life.

Build: A Stand That Redefined Modular

We pushed the boundaries of modular stand design, blending our T3 system with bespoke wood and metal fabrication to create a stand that was as visually stunning as it was functional. The mix of textures, layers, and finishes created depth and impact, proving that modular doesn’t mean predictable.

With seamless mixed-media graphics, the stand was designed to engage from every angle, guiding visitors through a dynamic, multi-layered brand experience.

The result? A standout space that attracted attention and kept visitors engaged – proving that smart exhibiting is a blend of strategy, creativity, and flawless execution.

Activate: Energy, Engagement, and Interaction

Every activation on the stand was designed to spark curiosity, interaction, and energy, turning passive visitors into active participants.

Prize Vault

A smart, touchscreen-activated giveaway that kept visitors coming back for more. With limited prizes up for grabs, the energy stayed high throughout the event.

Glamdroid

Our high-end video capture experience had attendees stepping into the spotlight, creating standout social content that extended Tecna’s reach beyond the exhibition hall.

Tecna Vending Machine

Packed with branded giveaways, this activation gamified the experience, ensuring visitors left with something to remember, literally.

 

But activation wasn’t just about the tech. Our team was at the heart of it, acting as brand ambassadors who brought the energy, encouraged interaction, and turned conversations into real opportunities. Dynamic video content, immersive sound scaping, and carefully curated brand moments elevated the experience further, ensuring the stand felt alive from start to finish.

Insights: Measuring Success in Real Time

We used live data to optimise our stand in real time. Our visitor analytics provided real-time insights into footfall, dwell time, and interaction across different activations. Using heatmapping and people tracking, we could see which areas were performing best and where adjustments were needed.

This allowed us to react to data on the spot, repositioning staff and refining our approach to maximise visitor engagement throughout the event. By actively using insights to adapt and enhance the experience, we proved that smart exhibiting isn’t just about great design, it’s about continuously optimising for impact.

More Than a Rebrand, A Reintroduction

International Confex was our moment to unveil the new Tecna, and the response was overwhelming. Our team had incredible conversations, connected with key players in the industry, and reinforced our position as a leader in modular, reusable, high impact stand solutions.

Beyond our own stand, we partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry, helping clients and partners elevate their presence at Confex. Our long-standing collaboration with Mash Media saw us play a major role in delivering pavilions and event features, ensuring Confex continues to grow as the UK’s leading exhibition industry event.

Confex 2025 was something very special. The energy, the conversations, the buzz on the floor, it was amazing to be part of it. Seeing our new brand come to life in such a high-impact space and getting such a positive reaction was a real highlight.

For me, this wasn’t just about unveiling a new look; it was about showing what Tecna is at its core. Bold ideas, seamless execution, and creating experiences that deliver more. Our Build, Activate, Insights approach worked beautifully as planned; both on our stand and across the our partner builds.

Confex gets bigger and better every year, and I’m proud that Tecna plays a part in that. I can’t wait to see where the team take it next.
