Bringing AI to life: Z by HP at The AI Summit London

At The AI Summit London, Z by HP set out to do more than just showcase their technology. They wanted a high-energy, high-impact space where visitors could see, feel, and experience the power of Z by HP’s hardware and software solutions firsthand.

The goal? Amplify brand awareness, deliver product demos at scale, and host VIPs in exclusive NDA suites while gathering data that proved real engagement. The challenge? A tough venue with a short build window, restricted access, and a complex tech setup that had to be hidden to maintain a sleek, premium aesthetic.

For Tecna, this was a defining project. It was a chance to showcase what we can do when our full team comes together, from creative design to expert logistics and technical execution.

Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure that Z by HP’s presence wasn’t just another stand at the show, it was an experience visitors wouldn’t forget.

A stand that delivered more

With a blank creative canvas, we designed a stand inspired by the bold, cutting- edge aesthetics of Z by HP hardware. It needed to work hard, not just in grabbing attention, but in guiding visitors through a structured journey tailored to their level of AI knowledge and understanding of Z by HP’s ecosystem.

From the outside, it was punchy, dynamic, and immersive. But behind the scenes, we engineered an intelligent, highly functional space. Hidden air conditioning, data cabling, and safety systems ensured that the stand remained polished and seamless despite housing a significant amount of tech.

Activations that drove engagement

We built live, interactive experiences designed to excite, educate, and pull
visitors deeper into the Z by HP world:

QR Scavenger Hunt – A gamified exploration of the Z by HP stand, with strategically placed QR codes leading visitors through key brand stories and activations. Completing the hunt earned attendees exclusive prizes – turning passive engagement into active participation.

Glamdroid – A high-end video capture experience, allowing attendees to record and instantly share professional-grade videos from the stand. It became a social media magnet, extending Z by HP’s reach far beyond the exhibition hall.

Prize Vault – A smart, touchscreen-activated giveaway built into the trade show wall. Visitors entered a PIN to see if they’d won, driving repeat footfall and keeping energy levels high throughout the event.

Personalisation Station – A completely unique activation powered by Z by HP AI Studio technology. Visitors could input their details and preferences into the system, which then generated a one-of-a-kind AI-created design printed live onto a tote bag. These weren’t just giveaways; they were personalised, branded keepsakes, turning attendees into walking advocates for Z by HP’s technology.
