Getting in Touch

Multipanel initially contacted us via our website looking for a cost-effective, durable modular stand solution to use across multiple shows and events. They had a stand design example already to show us the kind of stand they wanted, but also wanted the ability to easily reconfigure their design to work in multiple spaces and dimensions.

Exhibiting Objectives

With lots of ideas already on how to elevate their design, our sales team set up a call to discuss more about what they wanted to achieve from exhibiting. It’s always a priority in our design process to make sure exhibition stands hit the key objectives for our clients, and provide maximum ROI. After a creative call we identified that they wanted to fit their products seamlessly to the stand, to showcase the quality of finish. We designed a great solution with our T3 system, and collaborated with Multipanel to train the Tecna UK team on how to fit their products safely and securely.

As they have a range of product colours and styles, they also wanted somewhere to store their samples. To enhance the ease of use, we suggested building a sample unit into the stand, that different product samples could be accessed via drawers. This not only provided easy access to the products, but also created an attractive feature in their stand design. We also added additional safety measures by adding stoppers in the samples.

To reduce risk from the customer, we offered to store their product and transport it to and from each event. This means the Multipanel team can arrive to each show with the confidence of knowing that their stand is in safe hands, and can just focus on their event goals.

Exhibition Stand Features

Predominantly focussing on bathrooms for their exhibitions, Multipanel wanted ways to make their stand come to life and emulate the feeling of a bathroom providing the option of adding a bath or shower to their stands when reconfigured in different ways. To assist with this, our Sales Manager Kayleigh helped with sourcing a bath, and arranged customising it to suit the design of the stand. Adding personal touches can allow your brand to stand out and emphasise the custom feel of the space, we therefore suggested adding wooden gantries and sourced foliage to break up the design with different materials. This also provided a great contrast to their products, showing the flexibility of their panels and how they can complement other textures.

To maximise product display opportunities, we suggested adding additional wall space at the front of their stand, to be able to fit a TV for any video media, create more panel display areas, and to reduce the amount of unused floor space. This added more value to the money spent on their stand space. Their meet and greet area also held hidden storage for any marketing materials.
