Tecna has once again set the standard in sustainability, becoming the first stand design and build company to achieve the highest Tier 5 ESSA Sustainability accreditation for the second consecutive year. After making history in 2023 as the first stand builder to receive this prestigious accreditation from the Events Services & Suppliers Association (ESSA), Tecna continues to lead the industry in sustainable practices.

“We are delighted to be awarded Tier 5 again in recognition of the progress in every part of our business to move towards net-zero. Along with offering 100% sustainable exhibition stands and carbon reporting for our clients, we have this year re-purposed over 500 items to charities and donated more than 250 volunteer hours” James Longley, Managing Director.

ESSA H&S Manager Josh Taylor commented; “Tecna has once again demonstrated its extraordinary commitment to sustainability by achieving Tier 5 in the ESSA Sustainability accreditation for the second consecutive year. This well-earned recognition highlights Tecna’s ongoing leadership and dedication to setting the industry standard for sustainable excellence.

To get a Tier 5, they had to meet high standards in 12 different aspects of sustainability management. This means they didn’t just talk the talk; they walked the walk and provided tangible evidence of their dedication to sustainability in areas like energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.”
