This policy outlines our commitment to reducing environmental impact, adhering to best practices, and driving continuous improvement in sustainability across our operations, supply chain, and client engagements.

2.   Commitment to Sustainability

Tecna is dedicated to:

  • Complying with all relevant sustainability legislation and seeking recognised sustainability accreditation.
  • Reducing our consumption of resources, including energy and water, while minimising waste through reduction, re-use, and recycling initiatives.
  • Demonstrating leadership in sustainability by tracking, measuring, and improving our processes.
  • Encouraging collaboration with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive industry-wide sustainable practices.
  • Ensuring transparency and open communication regarding our sustainability commitments.

3.   Governance and Responsibility

The implementation and oversight of this policy are the responsibility of the following leadership roles:

  • Managing Director
  • Sales Director
  • Head of Projects
  • Head of Production

All employees are encouraged to participate in sustainability initiatives, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts through Tecna’s Sustainability Committee. Work standards, policies, and guidelines are detailed in the company’s staff handbook.

4.  Communication and Review

This policy will be communicated to all stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, and other interested parties. Feedback from stakeholders is encouraged and will be recorded to inform future updates.

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
